I work across 500+ production endpoints (Windows and Linux systems, MacBooks, and iPads) and integrated IT systems where software, hardware, networks, A/V, control, and conferencing all have to work together.

How a release goes

I validate applications, endpoints, networks, peripherals, A/V and control systems, and conferencing platforms together, as complete workflows.

1. 01

   Before production

   I run repeatable validation scenarios against acceptance criteria across software, firmware, configuration, hardware, and network components before rollout.

2. 02

   After release

   I run smoke and regression tests on critical end-to-end workflows to catch configuration, compatibility, connectivity, and integration issues after rollout.

3. 03

   When something fails

   I reproduce the issue, assess impact, isolate the failure domain and root cause, document findings in Jira, retest the fix, and verify resolution.
